For Kooth, holistic mental health and wellbeing is at the heart of everything they do. They offer therapeutic support to young people between the ages of 11-25 and provide parents with informative resources. The service is funded by the NHS, so it is completely free to all schools and services working with young people in Birmingham and Solihull.

They provide a positive virtual ecosystem of mental health tools to support young people to thrive within. There aren't any thresholds or criteria to meet, and no waiting lists! This means any child or young person can use Kooth as an additional or sole means, of online mental health support. As well as chatting to our qualified counsellors on the text based service, young people can message the team 24 hours a day, access our fully-moderated support forums, online magazine and other self-help tools.

Kooth recognises faith and culture play a significant part in the lives of many young people. They have made available a new information booklet for Muslim parents on the services they provide to support young Muslims.

To access the resources, all you need to do is sign up for free.
